Customers must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery, provided the product meets all eligibility criteria.
Exchange processing time: 10–12 working days.
To be eligible, the product must be:
Unused, unwashed, and unworn
Returned in original packaging
With all original tags intact
Products that fail Quality Check (QC) will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Only one exchange is allowed per order
Second exchanges are strictly not permitted
To ensure a fair and streamlined process, exchanges are accepted only for purchases made directly from www.hibafashion.in.
Products purchased from third-party marketplaces are not eligible for exchange with us.
Yes, a ₹250 reverse pickup charge is applicable on all exchanges.
This charge is non-refundable.
If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you must self-ship the product to our warehouse.
Once the returned product passes Quality Check:
Store credit will be issued
Orders placed using Store Credit are not eligible for further exchange
Store Credit = Actual amount paid – ₹250 reverse pickup charge
The following charges are non-refundable:
Forward shipping charges
COD charges
Express delivery charges
Store credit is calculated on the actual amount paid
Discounted prices, coupons, prepaid offers, and promotional discounts are final
MRP or original price is not considered
Valid for 60 days from the date of issue
Cannot be extended, transferred, or encashed
If the requested size/product is unavailable, store credit (valid for 60 days) will be issued so you may choose another product.
